Like an artist who takes a bold, new direction, the fifth installment of the Nahvalur x Peter Draws "Peter Pen" takes this collection to a whole new level. Unlike any Peter Pen (or Nahvalur Pen) you've seen before, the Peter Draws "Artist Edition" incorporates Peter's free-flowing, abstract artwork and personal signature directly on the pen.
Nahvalur starts with a solid, onyx black acrylic resin body and cap. Then, line art that Peter drew specifically for this pen is engraved around the barrel. Peter's signature is engraved on the pen's cap with each pen's edition number engraved on the cap top. The engraved resin is filled and polished by hand. The gold-trimmed version is limited to 100 pens while the silver version is 900 pens.
The Nahvalur Original fountain pen uses a piston-fill mechanism to hold a high volume of ink. The Peter Pen features a chrome-plated, brass piston assembly to enhance the durability and quality of the filling experience. Using the included metal wrench, the piston mechanism can be removed from the pen to thoroughly clean the pen. We only recommend using the wrench to remove the piston if you are experiencing difficulty with using the mechanism.
To write, draw, and play with ink, the Nahvalur Peter Pen performs smoothly and reliably with a number 6-size stainless steel nib made in-house by Nahvalur. The nib unit can be unscrewed from the grip section for thorough cleaning or easy nib swapping.
Each pen is packaged in a commemorative box with Peter's artwork printed on the top. No signature card is included with this edition.
