For economical and reliable delivery, our carrier of choice for most domestic shipments is the United States Postal Service (PO Boxes included), and for International shipments we use either US Postal Service, FedEx or DHL. For US Economy Level shipping, we use either US Postal Service or FedEx/UPS Ground, depending on the final weight and value of the shipment. Expedited (2-3 business days) or Air shipments are handled by FedEx or UPS. If you would like to request for us to ship using a specific service, please contact us before or immediately after plaicng your order to discuss shipping options.
Shipping & Transit Times
If you have a time sensitive or rush order, please call us at 1-800-963-7367 to make sure your orders leaves on the same day. We will be happy help. The shipping times advertised below are based on the carriers' advertised guarantees in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). We try to ship most in stock item orders received before 11:00am on the same day, however in some cases it may take up to 2 days to ship an order. Engraving orders may require additional time for processing. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee transit times if the carrier experiences weather related, address correction or other unexpected delays as per their delivery times policy.

Please note that UPS or Fedex Next Day delivery orders are typically delivered within 1 business day for in stock items. A business day is Monday through Friday only and excludes holidays. Orders placed via the website after 10:00 a.m. may not be processed and shipped until the next business day. If your order is of an urgent nature, we suggest that you should call us to confirm stock and make sure that it is shipped for a timely delivery.
Next Day Saturday Delivery (USA Only)
When overnight shipping isn't quite quick enough, we do offer Next Day Saturday Delivery via UPS to make sure your package arrives right in time. Standard overnight arrives the next business day. Next Day with Saturday Delivery is guaranteed to arrive Saturday. This service is limited to certain areas in the United States and may be subject to delivery delays by UPS during busy seasons or weather-related events. We recommend that you call us for any time-critical orders that require specific deadlines.

International Shipping Times
International orders are usually delivered within 7 to 10 business days but times can not be guaranteed due to varying customs hold-ups & port delays at various destinations.

For an additional charge, your gift will be presented in fine gift wrapping with a hand-written message on a card. If you would prefer to hand write your own note, simply request a blank gift card with purchase. If the gift is being shipped directly to the recipient, we will remove pricing from the receipt that is included in the box. The recipient will still know who sent the gift.
30-Day Return Policy
In the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we ask that you get in touch with us at your soonest convenience by phone or e-mail. If the item was damaged, incorrect or defective upon receiving the shipment, we will do our best to correct the issue at our expense. If you are sending back your order for reasons other than defect, we will gladly accept all returns on any of our unused products within 30 days of the original date of purchase. It will be your option to request a refund directly back on your original payment method, or an exchange for other item(s) on our site. Items being sent back for refund may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Due to our discounted pricing & free shipping model, we can not cover return shipping charges. All Returns must include return authorization number (RMA Number) which can be requested from our customer service team by email or phone. Returns for exchange will have the full value of the returned item applied to the new order.Please note personalized / engraved items cannot be returned.
