Product Description

As visitors to Bassano del Grappa know, Brenta is also the name of the river that flows beneath the landmark Ponte Vecchio bridge and past our historic headquarters. The 174km stretch of water that connects Trento, Bassano, Padua and Venice to the Adriatic Sea has a history intertwined with Venetian trade and aristocracy, and its elegant, gentle flow is evoked in the seductive soft facets of this silhouette.

Their design takes inspiration from a rare 1930s Extra model housed in our museum. Brenta’s most distinctive feature is its all-over wave-formation relief – an effect that demonstrates the high technical sophistication of our pre-war factory. Indeed, this glistening briolette shaping would be barely possible today without the aid of advanced CNC machining.
