Montegrappa revives the dashing elegance of golden-era writing instruments with the confident, tapered shape of the Venetia pen design. For centuries, Venice has been a wellspring of inspiration for authors, artists, poets, and playwrights. It must have been in the water, right? The Montegrappa Venetia in turquoise celluloid distills the life-giving flow of creative power into the palm of your hand.

Precision lathing of every component showcases the remarkable skill and discipline of Montegrappa's experienced artisans. To complement the richness and depth of the chatoyant celluloid, Montegrappa trimmed the wheel pocket clip, cap ring, and barrel threads in gold plating. The Montegrappa logo, "Italy", and the edition number are subtly engraved on the polished gold cap band. Unscrewing the cap 1.25 rotations reveals a concave, tapered grip section that slightly flares at the end. A sumptuous, 18kt yellow gold nib greets the writer with sublime smoothness. The Venetia fountain pen fills using the included converter or international ink cartridges.

This vintage recreation in celluloid is a limited edition of only 100 pieces made, exclusively for Goldspot Pens. Each pen is presented in a gorgeous, green Montegrappa gift box with a cream fabric interior.
