Leonardo Momento Zero Fountain Pen in Artica

In 2026, Leonardo introduced four new Italian-made materials for their signature Momento Zero pen collection. Taking inspiration from nature’s splendor, these pens have a charm and beauty reminiscent of scenic, Italian countrysides, tranquil fishing villages, unspoiled landscapes, and the explosive energy of Mount Vesuvius.

Although Leonardo designed the Momento Zero in 2017, the pen’s shape follows the classic lines of 1930’s Italian fountain pens with three rings on the cap, a “ruzzolina” wheel pocket clip, and conical finial points.

Momento Zero Artica embodies the glacial beauty of vast, unspoiled northern landscapes. Inspired by icebergs, fjords, and snow-capped peaks plunging into the sea, Artica conveys calm, clarity, and quiet strength. Cool shades of blue blend harmoniously with white throughout the resin, evoking frozen horizons and endless skies.

Turned from solid Italian resin, the Momento Zero Artica is available in silver or gold trim, offering two distinct personalities, cool and contemporary with silver, or softly contrasted and refined with gold.
