This high-quality, German-made stainless steel #6 nib unit is available with three nib sizes – fine, medium and broad (made by SCHMIDT). The 1.1mm and 1.5mm STUB and ELASTIC nib options are made by JOWO and are not compatible with any Benu pens that have a SCHMIDT nib already installed. The grip sections are not cross-compatible.
The #6 sized nib unit is compatible with the Grand Scepter, Euphoria, Talisman, Haute, Cocktail Hour, DailyMate, Tessera, and Tribute Models. This will not fit the smaller-sized Benu pens that use the smaller #5 size nib unit, like the Briolette and Pixie, for example. As noted above, even though your pen might be a compatible model, you need to check the nib originally included on your pen. If it is a SCHMIDT (F, M or B nib), then the JOWO stub or elastic nib units are incompatible and vice versa.
To replace the nib, grip the top of the old nib and the feed of your pen and unscrew the nib unit from the grip section. Grip the nib and the feed of the replacement nib unit and screw it into the grip section until it is tight. Do not grip the nib by its sides as this can damage the nib. Do not remove a nib from the feed. Removing the nib from the feed will void the pen's warranty.
