Retro 51 designed its latest, officially-licensed PAN AM "Clipper" Pen after Pan American's first jumbo jet that took its historic flight in January of 1970.
Retro 51 reproduced the jet by acid-etching rivets and panels on the pen's metal body. Then, they printed the plane's graphics and trimmed it in satin silver accents. The top disc finial is adorned with the Pan Am logo. Retro 51 engraved the top ring with the pen's edition number.
The Retro 51 Pan Am Clipper writes with a retractable capless rollerball (black ink) cartridge. When not in use, you can stand your Clipper in the matching Pan Am tube packaging.
