The fountain pen’s 18kt gold nib with a two-tone finish gives it exceptional value and writing performance. The soft-touch, magnetic lock system allows a smooth and elegant opening and closing of the pen. Magnetism also holds the cap on the back end of the pen, posting it while writing if one so desires. La Grande Bellezza is limited to 774 fountain pens, rollerball pens or ballpoint pens and is each numbered individually on the cap band. Each pen is provided in a luxury gift box, including a ream of 6 Pineider stationery cards and envelopes.

For economical and reliable delivery, our carrier of choice for most domestic shipments is the United States Postal Service (PO Boxes included). For US Economy Level shipping, we use either US Postal Service or UPS Ground, depending on the final weight and value of the shipment. Expedited (2-3 business days) or Air shipments are handled by UPS. If you would like to request for us to ship using a specific service, please note your preference in the order note or contact us after placing the order.
Shipping & Transit Times
If you have a time sensitive or rush order, please call us at 1-800-963-7367 to make sure your orders leaves on the same day. We will be happy help. We ship most in stock item orders received before 11:00am on the same day, however in some cases it may take up to 2 days to ship an order. Personalized orders may require additional time for processing. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee transit times if the carrier experiences weather related, address correction or other unexpected delays as per their delivery times policy.
Please note that UPS Next Day delivery orders are typically delivered within 1 business day for in stock items. A business day is Monday through Friday only and excludes holidays. Orders placed via the website after 11:00 a.m. may not be processed and shipped until the next business day. If your order is of an urgent nature, we suggest that you should call us to confirm stock and make sure that it is shipped for a timely delivery.
International Shipping Times
International orders are usually delivered within 7 to 10 business days but times can not be guaranteed due to varying customs hold-ups & port delays at various destinations.

If you would ever need support or repair with your pens purchased from Goldspot, you will always have help to make it write.
In the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we ask that you get in touch with us at your soonest convenience by phone or e-mail. If the item was damaged, incorrect or defective upon receiving the shipment, we will do our best to correct the issue at our expense.
If you are sending back your order for reasons other than defect, we will gladly accept all returns on any of our unused products within 30 days of the original date of purchase. It will be your option to request a refund directly back on your original payment method, or an exchange for other item(s) on our site.
Items being sent back for refund may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Due to our discounted pricing & free shipping, we can not cover return shipping charges. All Returns must include return authorization number (RMA Number) which can be requested from our customer service team by email or phone. Returns for exchange will have the full value of the returned item applied to the new order.
