One of the oldest documented magical resins, Frankincense has been used in the Middle East and Asia from the Biblical times for religious, spiritual and magical purposes. While the Lily of Incas, also known as Alstroemeria, originates from South America, where it was venerated as a divine gift bestowed by the God of the Sun. Although stemming from different parts of the the world, both substances are surrounded by numerous legends and myths. Drawing inspiration from these tales of yore, we set out to convey these stories not only in the color and style of each pen, but by infusing the namesake substances into each pen’s material.
