The use of a non ACME brand refill automatically voids this warranty.

Within one year of purchase, return your ACME Writing Tool with a dated proof of purchase, and US$11.95 for shipping and handling.

After one year, any ACME Writing Tool is not covered under the warranty, will be gladly repaired. Please refer to their REFURBISHING SERVICE page for details
