The Platinum Preppy 1980 Retro Collection brings back the classic aesthetic of the original 1980 release in a special edition series. Equipped with a durable stainless steel nib, each pen features Platinum's proprietary Slip & Seal mechanism, which prevents the nib from drying out even after a full year without use. The pen includes one Platinum ink cartridge to get started right away, but it also adapts easily to different writing setups. It accepts a Platinum converter for bottled ink, or it can be converted into an eyedropper pen with an O-ring and silicone grease to maximize total ink capacity.
